Dr. Leah Dunks Baldwin, a native of New Braunfels, Texas, is a highly skilled cosmetic surgeon with a deep commitment to both her patients and community. Dr. Baldwin completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Baylor University, providing a unique understanding of patient needs and behaviors. After earning a medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Baldwin pursued a General Surgery residency at CarePoint Health, Hoboken University Hospital in Hoboken, New Jersey, where she honed her surgical skills. To further specialize, Dr. Baldwin completed a prestigious Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship at Southern Surgical Arts in Chattanooga, Tennessee where she completed over 1,500 cosmetic procedures. Dr. Baldwin is triple-board certified from the American Osteopathic Board of Surgeons, American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. Beyond her medical practice, Dr. Baldwin is dedicated to giving back to her community through various service initiatives and is an active member of the Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce, reflecting a strong commitment to enhancing the well-being of others both in and out of the operating room.

Outside of her professional life, Leah enjoys a fulfilling personal life in New Braunfels, Texas. She is an avid dog lover and proud owner of a Great Dane and English Springer Spaniel, who are beloved members of the family. Dr. Baldwin also cherishes spending quality time with her husband and close family in the area, attending local events, and enjoying the vibrant community they are so dedicated to serving. These hobbies and relationships provide a well-rounded balance to Dr. Baldwin’s life, allowing them to bring both passion and compassion to their work.

A passionate advocate for skincare and beauty since the age of 7, April has built a career rooted in both expertise and a love for making others feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.

As a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, April combines knowledge of advanced skincare techniques with a deep understanding of medical-grade treatments. In addition, as a Licensed Laser Technician, she specializes in providing safe, effective, and personalized laser treatments tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Outside of her professional life, April enjoys spending quality time with her husband, kids, and animals. Her personal life reflects her love for balance, nurturing, and creating meaningful connections both in and outside of the treatment room.

With nearly 12 years of experience in medical aesthetics, Laura Tampke is a trusted expert known for her gentle touch, artistic eye, and commitment to natural, balanced results. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is also a licensed esthetician, giving her a unique and holistic perspective on skin health and beauty.

Laura specializes in cosmetic injectables including neuromodulators and dermal fillers and is passionate about creating individualized treatment plans that honor each client’s unique features and goals. She believes that aesthetic treatments should enhance—not change—your appearance, and her loyal clients appreciate her honest, educational approach and commitment to safety. Her dual background in nursing and esthetics allows her to blend clinical precision with a deep understanding of skin care, helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and empowered in their skin.

Outside the treatment room, Laura is a proud boy mom to her energetic 8-year-old son, who keeps her busy with a full schedule of sports and activities. She’s married and has three dogs, five chickens, and a love for the outdoors. Originally from Houston, Laura and her family moved to New Braunfels 3.5 years ago and have fully embraced the charm, community, and natural beauty the area offers. From river days to local events, she enjoys exploring everything this vibrant town has to offer.
